Introducing QR Poll: Finally, a Polling Tool Built for the Physical World

· QR Poll Team

Most survey tools treat QR codes as an export option buried three menus deep. An afterthought. “Oh, you want to print this? Here’s a QR code, good luck.”

QR Poll flips that entirely. We built a polling platform where QR codes are the primary distribution method, not a checkbox feature.

Why this matters

Think about where feedback actually happens: conference rooms after presentations, restaurant tables, retail stores, event venues, tradeshow booths, classrooms. These are physical spaces. Yet every major survey platform assumes your audience is already online, already on your email list, already clicking links.

That assumption leaves a massive gap. The gap between “I want feedback from people in this room” and actually getting it.

What QR Poll does differently

You create a poll. You get a QR code. That code goes on a poster, a table tent, a flyer, a receipt, a name badge - anywhere physical. Someone scans it with their phone camera and they’re immediately answering your questions. No app download. No account creation. No friction.

The poll results stream back to your dashboard in real-time. You can watch responses come in during an event, adjust your presentation on the fly, or just collect feedback passively over weeks.

The business model

Free tier gets you started: 3 active polls, 100 responses per month, basic analytics. Enough to prove the concept works for your use case.

Pro at $9.99/month removes limits and branding. That “Powered by QR Poll” text disappears from your polls. You get unlimited polls, unlimited responses, export capabilities, and detailed analytics.

Business tier adds team accounts and API access for organizations running polls at scale.

What’s coming

We’re building poster and flyer generation directly into the platform. Create your poll, pick a template, add your branding, download a print-ready PDF. Eventually, one-click printing and shipping through print-on-demand partners.

The goal is end-to-end: from question to printed material to collected responses to insights. All in one place.

Try it

If you’ve ever needed feedback from people in a physical space - and been frustrated by how awkward existing tools make that - give QR Poll a shot. The free tier is genuinely useful, not a crippled demo.
